* I will provide you with FREE buyer's representation. The seller always pays the commission for both agents. If you buy a new construction home directly from a builder, you are using the builders agent. Why would you not obtain the services of your own agent? * I can provide you with the contact information for several different, local mortgage lenders that will pre-qualify you for a home loan.

* Once you have selected a home, I will help you to make and negotiate the offer with the seller and/or the seller's agent.
